- Visit the Webex App Hub, and search for 'Joye'
- Once you see the Joye app, click on it and Add+
- The app will open in a new page and ask for Sign-in. Sign-in with your Webex account - you don't need any other account to be able to use Joye.
- Joye will ask you to Accept the permissions necessary to give you the experience of the right care at the right time. We will analyse your Webex call patterns with extreme privacy to prompt you at the right time to recharge and boost your productivity again! We will not read into the content of your meetings or calendars, and will just track the patterns. We don't use your information for any advertising. Please refer to our Privacy policy for more details.
- Now, you are all set to weave mental fitness into your Webex life-style!
- Based on your work pattern Joye will prompt you in the Joye Bot to engage with various experiences from time to time. For example, when Joye senses you have been busy with many calls, it will prompt you to try 10 deep breaths with Joye's Stress Busters. Other times, Joye's Daily Brew will encourage you to reflect with easy guided reflection and will suggest ways to deal with your unique situation - like a confidente or a mentor. At the end of the day Joye will remind you to also look at the positive side of the day - "what went well today?", and many more.
